Music at the 8:35 Contemporary service will be our Praise Band and Combined Children's Choir, the 11:00 Traditional Service will be our Combined Adult Choir and Combined Children's Choir.
We will have a Litany for our Public and Private School Teachers - Manhattan High School Principal Grey Hoyt (8:35) & KSU President Richard Myers (11:00) will lead.
We will also be briefly celebrating and highlighting our various ministries: preschool, children, youth, Boy Scouts, missions, music, group life, Sunday school, congregational care.
We will block off 6th street and have a breakfast tailgate with booths of finger friendly food. Caribou coffee (and creamer), juice boxes, & water, and purple donuts will be provided. Please bring food that is ready to serve as is (preferably in a disposable container), does not need heating, refrigeration, or utensils to serve or eat. Examples: small pastries (cookies, donut holes, etc.), finger fruits (grapes, apple slices, strawberries, etc.), yogurt tubes (previously frozen), crackers, etc. Please bring items to the Connecting Link between 8:15-9:45 am ready to be placed on a table and served.
set up with small group opportunities, mission opportunities (including Change the World sign-up), Sunday school class information, children's ministries, music opportunities, congregational care. There will also be a youth meeting in the Harris Activity Center.
Games and activities:
We will have many games and activities for children, youth, and adults: bubble maker, lawn sized Jenga, 4-square, members of the K-State marching band.

folders (both with and without brads)
toothpaste - regular size
New undergarments children's thru adult sizes, especially boys.
New and lightly used KSU and Manhattan High logo clothing.
New and lightly used shoes, especially boys.
Monetary donations will also be accepted. Please make checks out to FUMC with "Stuff the Bus" in the memo line.
Collection bins will be available beginning Sunday, August 20.
